Our 121 coaching helps motivate your people, builds communication skills and confidence, reducing the likelihood of burnout. For agencies coaching is a powerful employee engagement and retention tool and an investment in future proofing the business.
Our Story
Common Good Company was born from a passion for advertising & marketing agencies combined with a pressing need to provide greater support for their greatest assets, their people.
Our founders both had successful careers in client leadership roles for top-tier agencies and are passionate about the industry and what it is capable of. But they also share a frustration with the increasingly high levels of churn in agencies, brought on by a lack of support for staff.
In 2020 they left their roles in client leadership to focus on their greatest passion, retraining as coaches and joining forces in 2021 to form Common Good Company. They're now working with independent agency leaders and their talent, providing coaching, mentoring and training and unleashing agency talent.
