Emily Duder
I spent 10 years in client services - from Account Exec to Senior Account Director - at Havas and at SapientNitro (now Publicis Sapient) in London and Singapore. In this time I worked across Unilever, Mars, Volvo and Jaguar. After having my daughters I started my own consulting business and today I’m a qualified coach.
I know the industry inside out & am passionate about giving teams and individuals the tools to support each other within Agencies. I love the positive and lasting impact this has on both the business and on the people!
Alex Barber
After a career as an Auctioneer I started agency life in 2010 with Iris. After 10 years I left as Business Director having worked across Starbucks, Suzuki, MINI, Wacom, Verisign, Cinch, Sony Mobile, Formula E and Lyle’s. I sit on the board of Outvertising as Co-Director of Learning and Development and am a qualified coach.
Working with agencies as a coach represents a truly exciting chapter of my career bringing together my experience and love for the industry with my expertise in those vital softer skills.
